The $99 Core activation fee is charged once at enrollment, in addition to the first monthly subscription payment. It covers one BE training top sized for the player and the operational costs of new player onboarding.

The activation fee is a one-time charge for as long as the player remains continuously enrolled. If a player cancels their Core subscription and re-enrolls at a later date, a new $99 activation fee applies and a new training top is provided.

The activation fee is fully refundable until the training top ships from our supplier. Once the top has shipped, the activation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the family proceeds with training.
